🚪 MAIN FEATURES

One more promising device on this list is a video doorbell by Winees. The specs of this doorbell camera are pretty impressive. It records footage in 1080p definition and 140° wide angle, as IR night vision captures images even when it’s dark. You can see through the camera at any time and talk to the visitors in real-time, as it supports live view and two-way audio. Probably the most exciting feature of this doorbell is the tamper alert—you will be notified through the app if someone is trying to dismount the device.

EASE OF USE

Winees doorbell camera connects to Wi-Fi and is completely cordless. It can be fixed on the wall by gluing it with double-sided tape or by screwing it into the wall. Now, what prevented this device from placing higher on this list is that it comes without a chime for the inside, or you have to pay quite a bit extra for it. Luckily, if you had a wired doorbell before, you can hardwire Winees to the existing chime of your previous doorbell. Besides that, this device is easy to use, the app is user-friendly, and you can save the footage to both cloud storage and memory card.

VALUE

Winees isn’t the cheapest video doorbell on this list, especially considering that it comes without an indoor chime, or you have to spend quite a bit extra for it. You’re in more luck if you had a wired doorbell with a chime before because you could hardwire Winees to connect to the old doorbell chime. It is an amazing device worthy of attention if you don’t mind not having a chime or paying extra for it (unless you have an old chime). But if you do mind, you should probably check the other devices on this list.
