Another item worth of your consideration is this air humidifier from Vocolinc. It has quite some tricks up its sleeve, and it definitely deserves a respectable third place on our list. What got us excited the most is that it can be connected to any virtual assistant, namely Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant. This way, you can control your device from a distance just by using your voice! Another exciting thing is that Vocolinc has its own special app which gives you access to a wider range of controls, including things like scheduling, setting a countdown timer, and remote access if you don’t use any of the virtual assistants. A few other nice features include an anti-bacterial layer to prevent mold growth inside the water tank and different colors of mood lights.
DESIGN AND USE
When it comes to design and portability, we have to say that Vocolinc is slightly bigger than our number one pick, hence it will be less convenient to store and transport. When the water tank is empty, transporting Vocolinc shouldn’t be too difficult, but keep in mind that you will have to make more space for it. As for use of this humidifier, it’s also fairly uncomplicated. If you don’t use any virtual assistants or Vocolinc’s app, you can set everything manually (although features will be limited in this case). What you need to do to get started with Vocolinc is charge the device with a Type-C cord, pour water in the water tank (which is relatively large for this type of device), and select the controls. That’s all there is to it!
VALUE
Overall, Vocolinc is a great humidifier that offers a bunch of exiting features. There is no doubt that it will effectively humidify your home, thus providing you with the health and beauty benefits that come with a nice humid environment. We really liked this device, however, the fact that you need an app or a virtual assistant to access the full range of features was a bit upsetting. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with Vocolinc and if you are a fan of using Siri or Alexa, then Vocolinc would make a worthy investment.
