In general, it is a nice device and it’s not on the pricy side either, however, it lacks some basic features that would help rank Novashine higher. For example, this device does not have a built-in rechargeable battery, so you would need to plug it into a power source and stay close by for the entire 15-minute session, which is a little bit inconvenient. Also, the recommended whitening time is fifteen minutes, which is already longer than with most teeth whiteners on the market.
DESIGN AND EASE OF USE
The use of this device is super straightforward, just like with any other teeth whitener of this kind. Just apply the whitening gel on the mouthpiece walls (not on the place where you bite it), place the mouthpiece into your mouth, and turn the device on. As we have said before, Novashine only operates when plugged into a power source, so your movement will be limited for the whole duration of the process.
VALUE
All in all, Novashine is a nice option, it’s quite cheap, so you wouldn’t need to break a bank to afford it. However, it cannot offer the cordless convenience and the procedure takes longer than 10 minutes which is usually the standard therapy time for devices like this. So, we feel like there are options on our list that offer a better price to quality ratio.
