Our 4th device on the list, Nordic Hygge AirChill, shares a lot of similarities with Evapolar, especially when it comes to design. But it was those certain differences and the fact that AirChill isn’t rated very high by consumers which caused it to be ranked lower. On the plus side, it can offer a cooling effect (though some people say it’s quite weak), humidification, purification (filter included), and 7-color LED mood lights. AirChill is almost quiet, so that’s definitely a bonus too, and it has a leak-proof water tank.
DESIGN AND USE
Nordic Hygge prides itself on offering a neat, minimalist, Scandinavian design. Indeed, just like evaChill, AirChill should blend well in any environment and should fit even on a small table or cabinet. But while it is portable, it doesn’t have the handle that would make it more convenient. When it comes to using this device, it’s rather simple. LED touch-screen allows you to select any settings you need, and the water filter is easy to clean and replace.
VALUE
Nordic Hygge’s AirChill air cooler is not too expensive and does offer a fair bit of great features. But customer reviews are not particularly stellar, and there is no handle that would make carrying this device more convenient. However, if such features as purification, humidification, and mood lights are what you want, then AirChill can offer you precisely that. It may not be the most powerful cooler, but it’s compact, quiet, and easy to maintain.
