LungMaster

🫁 MAIN FEATURES
Last but not least on our list is the LungMaster. Despite not ranking as high as some others, it still manages to stand out. While it also utilizes the OPEP method, it does so differently from RespiraFix and AirPhysio, mainly due to a unique spring-like mechanism. The device’s bottom has a knob that you can spin to change the airflow resistance. There is a nasal clip included that can help concentrate whole breath in the mouth for stronger results, though the use is purely optional. What we didn’t particularly like was the higher price and bulky mouthpiece, though it does serve a useful purpose.

USE AND MAINTENANCE
It’s not difficult to use the LungMaster. Just attach a mouthpiece to one end, twist the other end to change the resistance level, put it in your mouth, and breathe. A single training session should last about 30 slow breaths. Cleaning, however, isn’t quite as simple. The mouthpiece is the only component that can be washed - the rest of the device needs to be thoroughly cleaned, yet some crevasses can hardly be reached. The mouthpiece is also quite unappealing, but it ensures that no air escapes out the corners of the mouth.

VALUE
While LungMaster is quite versatile and maximizes the results, it is also the priciest gadget on our list. It also has a mouthpiece that isn’t too appealing to look at. However, what makes the LungMaster special is that it trains both the exhalation and inhalation muscles. The fact that the device cannot be completely disassembled for washing is a bit of a problem, but other features seem to make up for it. So, even though it didn’t rank very high, it’s still a device worthy of your consideration.
