💪 MAIN FEATURES

The third device on our list is the Aldom massage gun. It may not be as advanced as our top choices, but it’s quite affordable and has an interesting design, which earned it a high place on our list. It is relatively quiet, louder than a fridge, but quieter than regular background city noise. It comes with six massage heads: round, U-shaped, taper, thumb/bullet, spade, and flat-headed. It also has an impressive 30 speed modes, though they all can be divided into 6 groups, as changing the mode by one tends not to feel very different. Just like the top-ranking devices, this one is also rechargeable and has an indicator that shows the battery level.

EASE OF USE

There are three buttons that control the whole device: power, for turning the massage gun on and off, and plus/minus changes between speed levels. Speaking of speed, while Aldom offers 30 different levels, they all can be placed in six groups of use. Levels 1-6 are for a relaxing massage; 6-10 provide a gentle massage; 11-15 relax the muscle tension; 16-20 relieve lactic acids, which is handy post-workout; 21-25 is for deep tissue massage, especially after an intense workout; and final levels 26-30 are designed for professional athletes who need a deep, intense massage.

VALUE

The benefits of the Aldom massage gun are its design, simplicity of features and use, and price. However, if you want something more advanced or something that wouldn’t feel so heavy, then MuscleAider and Mebak would probably be better choices. Also, while it offers many speed modes, some tend to be quite similar to each other, so essentially, it has a maximum of about half of the unique speed modes that it claims it has. So, overall, it’s a good massage gun, just not the best on our list.
